Change info about our mailing lists. Don't include the addresses directly because people tend to email passwords to them in an uneducated manner. Also don't include the history of why we created the support list.

1818=== Is there a user mailing list? ===
    1919
20 We maintain two general-topic mailing lists for Pidgin, libpurple, and Finch. They are `devel@pidgin.im` and `support@pidgin.im` ([http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo Mailing Lists]).  Users and developers alike are welcome to post to these mailing lists.
20Yes!  For general questions about using Pidgin, problems connecting, etc. please use the [http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/support support mailing list].
    2121
22 Initially `devel@pidgin.im` was the only list available, and handled all issues.  It will continue in this respect--development and support issues are welcome to this list.  Many of the issues discussed here are not development details, but instead things like usability and features.
22If you're a developer and want to ask about the internals of Pidgin, libpurple or Finch, please use the [http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/devel devel mailing list].
    2323
24 We created `support@pidgin.im` specifically because too many users complained that there was no mailing list for questions.  This list has fewer subscribers, but the core developers and a few others who are active in user support are present on the list.  We make an effort to answer every question.
24We offer a few other mailing lists, too.  [http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo See the full list].
     25
26All mailing lists are run by volunteers.  Please be kind.
